oh yum. i heart this place. If I am in the area around breakfast or lunch on one of my vacation days, I crave 2 of the things they have here:
1) spinach or healthy 8 bagel with light veggie cream cheese (or an egg and cheese). Either way, the bagels here are freaking awesome!
2) Thin n Trim turkey wrap: lertuce pickles, and honey mustard- you can add cheese too if you want to make it more fatty.
The workers are quick and efficient and fairly friendly. -

Stopped in and got everyone an opened face bagel sandwich. Outstanding! So very good. Great job. Great food. Good service. Nice job!

Went into the Main Street Bagel and Deli on a Friday morning around 10. There were a couple of obviously "regulars" already seated with their food. We were surprised by the limited selection available but the staff assured us that other bagels could be ready in 6 minutes if we wanted another flavor. We chose from the offerings at hand. I had a cinnamon raisin bagel and my companion had a bacon melt sandwich on a bagel. The bagels were lacking in flavor and were dry in texture.
The service was professional and friendly. The shop was clean and basic.
It was $6 for the sandwich and a bagel with no topping. A bit pricy for the quality. We did not purchase additional bagels for home which was the intent of the trip , as they were not any better than supermarket brand.
It was better than Dunkin Donuts but not worth a repeat -

I was working next door building the nail salon so we came here quite often due to the convenience.the food is great, when they remember what they are making. I can't tell u how many times I have ordered a sandwich and they forget to put the bacon on, or missing something else. When they realize they forget something they don't add it in the sandwich, they simply just put it on a plate and tell u they forgot it. Another thing that really grinds my gears is how they just walk away while taking your order and start doing other things. They have also taken other customers while I'm in the middle of ordering or trying to pay. How the old blonde lady still had a job here beats me. This lady has the worst attitude, She's not friendly at all, and seems like she's mad they u r there. It's too bad the owner is clueless to the service of this place, or maybe just doesn't care, because the food is good(again when they remember what they are making)

Look, bagels delicious, sandwiches, microwaved but still, honestly, great. The real problem here, same as another reviewer mentioned, the staff.
I take allot of people to breakfast daily on the way to work, We all got sick of dunkins fake egg and microwave obliterated sandwiches.
So today I wandered into a local bagel shop for the first time. 10am place empty one gust seated reading paper, then my guest and myself, my guy orders, older blonde woman behind counter acts like we're putting her out, and was extremely irritated to field the question of what kinds of iced coffee were available, answers with an abrupt "it's self serve" and an ignorant finger point, mind you she's not even doing anything or making this order, comes my turn to order, and she, without warning, pause, or any kind of excuse me, leans around me to cash out the guy who walked in behind me, who obviously phoned in, this customer even apologizes to me for stepping in front of me to pay, all while my order is half completed and being ignored, then another customer again behind me, completes her self serve coffee and steps to my side and immediately cashes out, again my order is still not complete. Finally as my guest is being handed his prepared sandwich to go, I finally get my order started, and immediately get cut off again without warning for her to take a phone call. Ten minutes in I still haven't ordered. Finally gets my order unreasonably long wait, store empty again mind you, but she's really quick to get paid, however my credit card is greeted with an eye roll.
Too bad all around, food was good, would've brought me back with multiple different people every morning, unfortunately your customer last attitude will prevent me from showering your business with my hard earned money, I guess this place is happy with its customer base, and could care less about growing.
